Michelle and SSI are the best. She listened to what I needed and helped guide me to a decision that was best for me. I did not feel rushed and she really took the the time to take care of me - I appreciated that the most (and I saved money at the same time).

I just came from Southern state insurance in bellflower, I had some specific questions that i needed answers to. An agent named Rosemary greeted me with a smile and a warm hello. When I explained to her the questions that i had, she assured me that she would do her best to answer all my questions. She answered my questions with professional knowledge and a manner that was easily understandable to me. Thank you very much Rosemary, you have gained a customer for life.

I must say before I found this spot I thought i was doomed to pay a large amount for my insurance. I did alot of shopping around and every place I got quoted was either the price was to expensive or the prices i found in my range didn't cover the insurance that i needed. First I would like to say, excellent customer service from their representative Roblyn, She was very polite, professional and actually took the time to work with me to find exactly what my insurance needs were. Out of about 10 places I got quoted from this location actually and had the better price and better customer service. It took twice as long to get quotes at some of the other insurance locations I went to and their prices were almost double for the rate. So if you want to get a good insurance rate with excellent customer service this is the spot to go and make sure to see Roblyn her customer service was awesome, I wish all companies had people like her.
